After NEW update my Karoo 2 has had issues, now won't start...please help

Every since recent update that I uploaded, not today's update (02.10.22), my Karoo 2 has been having charging issues, battery life drains extra fast. Today it wouldn't start. Blank screen...Tried factory reset, nothing.
Went for a ride and kept it plugged in while out, still nothing.
(It is not the charging cable.)
My device is in excellent condition, no drops, no water.
Any help or troubleshooting advice?
Do you guys have a call in customer service phone number?
