Battery not charging after latest update

    I did a factory reset and the battery seems to be charging as expected now.

    I'm having similar issues, but have completed a hard reset. I have charged the almost brand new K2 about 10-15 times, almost always with the genuine cable and a powerboard based USB port. In 3 cases now, I have gone to use the device the next day and it will not wake up. One time the battery had completely depleted even though my rides are 2 hours and I charge it after every ride- so it did not shut down. The most recent charging issue was today. The device was plugged in to the charge cable at 47% SOC and powered down. Then checked 3 hours later by pressing the power button, the screen remained dead. I plugged it into my laptop and the USB connection tone sounded- so the K2 was 'alive'. I disconnected and reconnected it a few times from the charge cable and eventually it woke up- to a 47% SOC. So- even though the K2 was plugged in to an external charge port it would not charge and it would not respond to a power button press- even though internally it was awake. Has anyone else seen this? I cannot trust it to wake for my rides any more now after 3 missed wake ups.

    Mine did the same thing twice, would not charge for a couple of days, but then seemed to sort itself.
