Elevation and Temp showed No sensor

My Karoo 2 with brand new unboxing, all of the ant+ sensor and GPS worked well but elevation/temp showed No Sensor.

software version: 1.271.1157.12

How can I fix this problem?

  Hi Jack, may I know if you are testing this inside only or did you take your Karoo 2 outside? It's dependent on GPS lock, so make sure you are in an area not prone to weak GPS strenght.

  Yes, first riding outside this morning. GPS worked well but elevation/temp still showed no sensor.
