Incoming call on Karoo 2 shows 'Unknown Number'

Hello, I noticed today that an Incoming call is notified on my Karoo 2, but the name of the caller is not displayed. Instead it displays 'Unknown Number'. When the same caller sends a Whatsapp message directly after the call, the Karoo 2 shows a notification where the name of the sender is displayed! So 'Unknown Number' when calling, name displayed when sending Whatsapp message .. Strange! I realy would like to see name displayed in caller notification. How to do this? Thanks in advance, Frank

  @Frank: We are sorry for the trouble caused and I am happy to help you with this. We have received your ticket and suggested you allow access to the Contacts on the Companion App. As an initial step,  could you please try that and see if that resolves the issue or not?

  Hello, thanks! Indeed, I didn't allow access to contact for the companion app. Changed that and it works fine.

  Strange though that it did work for Whatsapp ...
