    Hi Kasper,

    I have created a ticket with the support, to troubleshoot the issue with you. Could you please share the device SN? It's printed on the back of the unit, and can be found under the Settings > Status

    Mine just did the same exact thing, 30 mile into a ride. Should I make my own thread or can you open a ticket for me too?

    Hammerhead logo just before end of my ride.  Had to restart the Karoo and lost my entire ride data
