    Hi Damon, we have seen this happen to a few other users as well. I have created a ticket on your behalf to continue the troubleshooting within our support system so we can replace the device if needed. Please get back to us on the ticket 92682

    I posted about a similar issue in this thread https://support.hammerhead.io/hc/en-us/community/posts/4973353144987/comments/5416339505691 and can totally relate that I lost a good deal of confidence with the Karoo 2 with an incident like this.

    My Build number (which I forgot to add in my other comment) is 1.285.1188.12
