Manual upload help

My wife's Garmin Edge 1030 battery was low so she borrowed my K2. I turned off the auto-sync post ride and now I'm trying to asinine manual upload her ride to HER Strava account. I've gone into the delve settings, changed it from the default "Charge only" to the "MTP" option (why this is something that is such a PITA to do is beyond me), plug it all in and the latest activity that I can find is from 3/10. However if I look at the ride on the head unit, it clearly 5 rides that have been saved between the activity on 3/10 and today. What can I do to not make the manual upload process a headache when I let someone else use my over priced head unit? I finally found an area that both Wahoo and Garmin are betting than HH in.

  Isn’t it easier to just download the .fit file from your profile at https://dashboard.hammerhead.io/activities ?
