Climber finishes too early?

Anyone having the problem that the climb is finished in the climber screen before it is finished in the real world? In my case, there are constantly about 100-200 meters left when karoo is claiming that the climb is finished. The problem occurs in routing and in non-routing situations.

    Me ocurre lo mismo que a Galeb. Las ascensiones finalizan antes en el Karoo que en la realidad.

    Además y no menos importante, los % que muestra Karoo, no tienen nada que ver con la realidad de la ascensión. Vamos que son totalmente erroneos.

    I've got the same problem. I assume a software fix is needed, since this is a new feature. I'll go look at that other post though :)

    Hi All, we are currently investigating the data accuracy on CLIMBER after the reports came in. We have found this to be an issue mostly in the European region and some parts of the USA as of now. Could you please share the GPX file of the routes that shows this problem? Also, please indicate the location where the actual problem occurs so it's less time-consuming for us to look into rather than a long route.

    We have been tracking similar reports such as yours, and we were able to reproduce this issue. The software team is looking into it, and we will be releasing a fix soon. 
     
    We really appreciate you flagging this issue. I have attached all this information to the master ticket raised with the software team and marked this as a bug that warrants a fix.
     
    We hope to have this resolved in the coming updates. Also, we will get in touch with you if we need any further details about this.

    Is there any update to it? I experienced the same yesterday. Climber was telling me that a flat plateau is coming up around the next corner while in reality there was another 200-300m of steep climbing to come first... you can imagine the disappointment I had in my face :-) :-)
