Synchronization without wifi on karoo 3 not possible

Compagnion app on device is connected via bluetooth with karoo. Karoo 3 without wifi. Device has dataconnection. Go into menu of routes on karoo (... 3 dots), push sync Nothing happens. In notifications following text appears: Please login to conform syncing your data with your cloud I did this several times. With success. But sync without wifi on karoo does not work.

The menu window with sync hide thumbnail sort by does not disappear again

 

I think this issue exists since merger the accounts karoo and AXS What can i do?

  Same issue here. Karoo 3 only comes online when my Wifi connection is available. Can't sync any data on the go via my iPhone.

  They are not serious. Same here: Android, Samsung S24+. Tried reinstalling, clearing memory, cache, resyncing. Dashboard settings... Nothing helps. Every route sync in outdoors I have to make a router from my phone to sync a route. No auto sync activity when I get back home and in Wifi range, everytime post ride I have to sync manually. Such a waste of time. This is just lazy developing. I would vibe code that bugs of their source code in minutes. I guess they are not interested after Sram bought it.
