Karoo 3 + SRAM Rival axs integration

Disappointed about the new Karoo 3 unit. I experienced a lot of loss of transmission with my SRAM rival axs group! With my old Karoo 2 unit, I have this issue never solved. I upgraded to Karoo 3 Thinking it would be better. In fact no, I have always the same loss of transmission, only in the climbs! I don’t know why, but on a flat road I don’t have this issue. I do the pairing instruction several times but the issue still present. For information, my second bike with SRAM GX axs group don’t have any issue, works perfectly!

  Seems more like the groupset issue rather than Karoo. Especially since you've experienced it on two units.

  Did you try to test it out on Garmin unit for example to rule out groupset issues?

  Did you update the firmware of the Rival group? I don't have such issues with mine, Karoo 3 as well.

  Sure, all the firmware are the last … I reinstall all rhe AXS components and the issue still ever present. It is very strange because the connection loss are present only in climb, no issues on flat or downhill . I will try to deactivate the “auto pause” function on my next ride …
