Synching & Re-Routing problem Karoo 3

Since the latest update, I’m having two issues with my Karoo 3: 1. Automatic Strava route sync no longer works. New routes created or starred in Strava don’t automatically appear on the Karoo anymore. They only show up if I manually share/send a route directly to the Karoo. 2. Automatic rerouting has stopped working as well. Rerouting is enabled in the settings, but when I leave the planned route, the Karoo doesn’t calculate a new route. Both features worked fine before the latest update. Is anyone else experiencing these issues since the update? Any known fix or workaround?

  Nach dem letzten Update bei mir das gleiche. Bei der geladenen Route werden mir die Kilometer bis zum Ziel nicht angezeigt, im Display steht "Route vorbereiten" "Distanz bis zum Ziel" (wird geladen) und es passiert nichts.  Nach dem Verlassen der Route wird keine neue Route berechnet. Umleitung ist aktiviert. Karoo auf Werkseinstellung setzen ohne Erfolg.

  I’m experiencing the same issue after the latest update. When I load a route, the distance to the destination isn't displayed; the screen shows "Preparing route" and "Distance to destination" (loading), but nothing happens. No new route is calculated after leaving the current one. Rerouting is enabled. Resetting the Karoo to factory settings didn't help.

  Hi Guys 

  I raised the rerouting issue to support. They ack the problema as a software issue, but no idea when the problem will be issued. They said it's in the tech lab attention.

  To me happened when I loaded route far from starting point the K3 did not activate the red tack to return to main route. I provided als video  where I captured the flashing of reoute badge message, attempted by the device.

  After some factory reset and configuration again, something happened but the function is realy fuzzy.

  I gave up to message support again , and actually I am using now another device, because is rather normal to divert to see something off route, or got lost right?
