Hammerhead Dash not syncing with Komoot

Suddenly synching manual or automatic no longer works with Komoot. I’ve tried logging out and back into Komoot through the Accounts section of Hammerhead dash and nothing works. Argghhh. I’m trying this both through my iPad or iPhone I don’t have access to a computer on the road. It worked earlier today just fine but no amount of deleting the Komoot sync connection from the Hammerhead dashboard gets it going again.
i had this working earlier today and now it’s refusing to add the routes I have.

I figured it out. I had only subscribed on Komoot to the local area (Northern Bavaria) that I was in. When I subscribed to the world pack, the routes I set up in the Alps now started syncing. It would be great if there was some sort of error message if you did that. What happened was that the sync window would spin and then….nothing! Back in business.

I am Also having a problem of routes ive saved in my kommot profile, not showing up on my karoo 2. te only way to get them to sync is un link and re link my komoot account on the hammerhead dashboard every time I want to use a new route - this is really frustrating. The main reason i bought the damn thing is because its syncs with komoot routes, but this is obviously not true.
