Live Tracking URL - where to find?

Hi,

sorry, it's probably a RTFM thingy but I am lost. Where to find the live tracking URL? The K2 device states that it will change everytime I reactivate the feature and an e-mail will be send. I don't receive one. The device itself does not display the URL and I would have guessed that I can easily obtain it from the dashboard (i.e. my profile page) but did not find it there either. Can someone help me out, please? Thanks!

  Hi Marco, the live tracking URL is sent to your email. If you don't see it in inbox, please check the spam or promotions folder. It should be the email linked to your Hammerhead account used to sign in on Karoo. Your Karoo must be signed in to your Hammerhead account.  Let us know if it helps locate.

  Hi Ali,

  thanks for reaching out to me! I've triple checked my e-mails with no luck. There was no mail with tracking URL.  But I decided to turn the feature off and on once again and this time I'v received the e-mail. Maybe there was a hick up the last time I've tried!? Anyways, I just figured out how to scroll the URL on the device itself, too. Somehow, just swiping didn't work reliable for me the first try, so I thought it wouldn't work at all and I had tried clicking to set a cursor instead. But nothing happens there at all. Now I know that you just have to swipe over the field a few times if necessary.

  Allowing us to copy the url from the device would help too in sending the url thru sms
