Problem with Karoo 2 and SRM PM7

hello. I have the problem that the hammerhead in connection with a srm pm7 displays wrong values ​​as soon as another power meter is nearby. i have now tested this several times and it always occurs when others in the group also use a power meter, the karoo 2 only shows the cadence correctly. thank you very much for your help

    Hey Bertram, It would be greatly appreciated if you could share the FIT file from the ride where you observed this. This article will assist you in extracting the FIT file from the dashboard: Dashboard - Downloading a FIT file. Along with that:
    • I would like to know if the Karoo displays an incorrect value only on the power data from the SRM power meter? As you mentioned that the cadence values are correct.
    • Can you tell me when the last calibration of the power meter on the Karoo was performed? And the calibration numbers are shown under the sensors info.
    • Can you let me know if the other power meters were SRM power meters as well?
    • Had you connected the Karoo to your friend’s power meter in the past?
