I've already factory reset my unit.  Forgot my wifi network and rejoined.  I turned my 5ghz transmit power down to 25% walked away from my router so the K2 had to switch to 2.4ghz (which it did) but still didn't download.  I have no firewall rules that I know of preventing this.

No doubt a silly question, but is your K2 logging into your Hammerhead account ok? Can/did you try doing the update by connecting through a WiFi hotspot via your phone for example, thus bypassing your home network?

Hi Greg, In similar cases faced by other users we found that the router admin portal had the blocked a couple of IP addresses related to the update. Could you please check that?

The Orbi router is definitely blocking the download.  I try from my phone hotspot and it works fine.  I know I am probably the only one having this issue due to having this specific Orbi 750 router, but thought I'd post to see if I could get some additional logging somehow.  For example, what is the URL in which it tries to access the download?  I can then do some additional testing.

Figured out how to pull some logs.  Not sure if they are helpful but thought I'd include them here.  Yes, I have a work around but it's bugging me that this is the only device that has an issue on my wifi.

Has anyone found a way of getting the Orbi to allow the download? It's quite annoying to have to use a hotspot when I want to do an update.

I have not.  I still cannot update my Karoo on my home wifi using my Orbi router.  It is the only device that has this issue.  It connects to my wifi with no issue and can detect updates, sync my starred strava segments and sunc routes from the HH dashboard but cannot download updates.  It's so annoying.

Hi Greg, Did you check the admin portal of your router to see if any IP is being blocked?

Yes, nothing is being blocked/blacklisted.  I've even reset my router to default settings and the problem persists.  I understand this issue might not be entirely on HH as Netgear/Orbi might be also be at fault here but it's odd that this is the only device that has this issue on my wifi network.
