What amount of storage is right?

I downloaded some offline maps (Germany: Baden Wuerttemberg [744 MB], Bayern [1 GB], Hessen [487 MB], Sachsen Anhalt [262 MB]). Wenn I add the 4 amounts I get about 2,5 GB. The menu displays a map storage of 5,3 GB.

 

When I go to the storage menu it comes up with 3,28 GB total usage.

 

The online dashboard calculated 4,9 GB.

Please lete me know, which amount is the right one.

  The one under the Storage displays the true storage used by Offline maps. Karoo reserves 2Gb of space for the OTA downloads and system updates, which gets added with offline maps - which is why the Offline maps shows higher, this is done so that, that particular space doesn't gets utilized by the maps. Hope that clarifies it.

  Hi Ali,
  I understand your explanation. But in this case the labeling should be corrected.
  Map view:
  The displayed available map storage should not show the max total storage (incl. OTA etc). And the used mao storage should only show the maps as calculated & explained by sandromo above.

  And the storage menu should of course should show the maximum total storage (incl. OTA), an the total used storage also everything incl. OTA.

  Also the HH Dashbiard should show the the values, otherwise it us very confusing.
