Karoo 2 Live Tracking no longer working

    Hi John, could you try to log out of the Hammerhead account on the Karoo 2 and log back in? Try to reset the live tracking link again after that.

    I did a factory reset, then added my account back, so I was logged out during that time.

    I was able to get the live-tracking toggle to work, but only when I shut off WiFi and just had it on cellular.  

    My location is still not correct, but I'm going on a ride later today and will see if it resets once it's moving around outside.

    Hello. Just popping in to share that my Live Tracking line isn't displayed on the map anymore since the latest software update.
    My location is tracked although the trajectory line is not there.
    Any idea on how this can be fixed? Thank you in advance!

    Got the same issue like Theo Papadopoulos. Already a few firmware updates back where it did work! Any solution already?
