Karoo 2 Live Tracking no longer working
AnsweredI used Live Tracking on my summer bike tour last year - it worked well and my wife could always find me.
I'm getting ready to leave for a new tour, and the Live Tracking is doing weird stuff. I tried to turn it off and back on on the Karoo 2, but it won't turn off. I can toggle the switch, but then when I come back to the screen, it's back on.
Also the code isn't changing when I turn it off/on (possibly because it really isn't turning off). No email is being generated either.
Lastly, when trying to see my location, it's current time, but several miles away in a place I've never been.
I use a T-mobile sim card for this - it worked well last year. I also used LT about 3 weeks ago and had no issues. I've tried a factory reset, but as soon as my account is back on there, the issue begins re-occuring.
Any idea how to fix it?

I did a factory reset, then added my account back, so I was logged out during that time.
I was able to get the live-tracking toggle to work, but only when I shut off WiFi and just had it on cellular.
My location is still not correct, but I'm going on a ride later today and will see if it resets once it's moving around outside.
