rides not uploading strava

i have settings set to upload rides automatically to strava and have made sure phone and hammerhead are paired but my rides dont upload and even when i try to do it manually rides still dont upload

  You don't need to have your Karoo 2 and phone paired to be able to upload to Strava. The Karoo 2 has to have Wifi access to allow it to upload to Strava. Can you check if the K2 is connected?

  Also check if the Strava account is showing in your connected accounts: https://dashboard.hammerhead.io/accounts
