Dual sided power pedals not pairing
AnsweredI have a Karoo 2. I just bought the Assioma Duo pedals. Only one pedal pairs with the head unit. The other cannot be seen in Ant+ of Bluetooth.
Please tell me how to sync both pedals.
Thanks. Andrew

Hi Andrew, Sorry for the trouble caused. We can help you to get this sorted out.
Ideally both the pedals should show up when you search for sensors over ANT+. Since it is showing only one, could you make sure that you have updated the Power Meter to the latest software version? Also, please calibrate the Power Meter from the Assioma App and see if that helps.
If the issue still persists even after trying the above steps, please let me know. We can look further into the issue.

I use these pedals over Ant+ and only one pedal is paired with the Karoo.
"Note that head units with ANT+ only need to be paired with the left pedal. (The left pedal will transmit the data collected by the right pedal.) Therefore, you will be looking for a 5-digit ANT+ ID identification number. If your head unit has Bluetooth SMART and you wish to use that transmission protocol (instead of ANT+), you need to pair your head unit with both the left and the right pedal. In this case, the right pedal will be recognizable by the R ID identification number."
It also worked this way with my Wahoo before the Karoo. I've never used bluetooth.

Hi Joe, Thanks for getting back to us.
Could you please add Power Balance data field on one of the Profile page under the Profiles App and do a short test ride with that Profile with the Power Meter paired over ANT+ (one side)? May I know if you are getting both the Left and Right Power on the Data screen?
