New Karoo 2 - just seeing android interface, no Karoo

Hi - anyone had this happen with their new unit?  Just opened, sealed box.  Start up, and just sitting android screen, no prompts as described in the starting guide. 

 

I feel like I am fairly good with technology, but if I am missing something, please help.

  Vadim, that's strange. Could you please raise a ticket with us and include the pictures from Karoo 2 screen? We would like to immediately replace this unit for you.
