Automatic route changed

Since the last update, whenever I import a route into the dashboard, to have it on the K2, it automatically adds some rerouting to it… so when I am following the route on the bike, I see some red routes next to the yellow one… anybody has the same?

  Hi Paul, may I know if you touched the route on the Dashboard after importing. If the route's waypoints has been moved or the routing paths changed, it may alter the route on Karoo as well.

  Hi Ali!

  No… just went to Dashboard and clicked on refresh in the route section, so that I can see the route in the list. That’s it. It happend several times in the last 2-3 weeks.

  Also once, the climb’s grades where totally off…showing 9435m of elevation gain to top, which of course is impossible. It was a relatively flat climb with maybe 50m elevation gain or so…

  Paul, could you please share the difference of these routes on Dashboard, and Karoo 2 with us in an email to support@hammerhead,io? We would like to take a look into it. Please share the original GPX as well.
