I no longer get speed, distance, average speed

With the Built-in GPS everything worked perfectly with my Trek Madone
Since it was deleted I no longer have the speed, the distance and of course the average speed.
The new update does not solve the problem since it seems to me that it no longer works with GPS.
I've had this counter for 1 month and I can't get it to work properly. I miss my Garmin

  @Guille: Thank you for confirming on the support ticket that your issue has been resolved after configuring the combined Speed and Cadence sensor.

  Hi 

  I did a ~163 km ride today (finish time as reported by the event organiser 06.02.55). I started the ride by opening the route shared by the organiser (that I have downloaded on to my Karoo 2). After the saved my ride is not showing any data on distance, I has all other data like power, candence. Also the time stored for the ride is wrong as well. 

  After the ride fished I did a small ride back home from the venue (without using any route), the GPS is stored perfectly along with other data. Can you please check.

   

  This is my first time using the device.
