Products must be purchased through www.hammerhead.io to be valid for returns or refunds directly from Hammerhead. All these Returns must be claimed with support@hammerhead.io and a return merchandise authorization (RMA) number obtained prior to shipping.
Karoo Cycling Computer:

Hammerhead offers a 30-day satisfaction guarantee on the Karoo. You may return your Karoo within 30 days of delivery if you are, for any reason, not satisfied with your purchase.
- Products must be returned undamaged and in full working condition in original packaging with all parts, accessories, and documentation.
- All returns must be claimed with support@hammerhead.io and a return merchandise authorization (RMA) number obtained prior to shipping.
- Return shipments must be postmarked within 10 days of the claim’s approval notification.
- All refunds are to be processed with the form of payment used when the original purchase was made.
- Return shipping will be covered by Hammerhead

Exceptions:
- We will not be able to provide a Prepaid Return Label for Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Finland, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Malta, Poland, Romania, Slovenia, and Spain customers in the event of a return. However, we will reimburse the cost of the return shipping charges up to $25 USD.
- We will only be able to refund these charges using PayPal in certain cases.
Accessories:
- Customers may return accessory goods purchased by providing us with written notice at support@hammerhead.io within 14 days of the original purchase date.
- Once we receive notice, we will provide information about where you must send the goods you wish to return.
- Customers must return the goods to us within 14 days of providing notice.
- Customers are responsible for any costs related to shipping back the goods they are returning.
- Upon receiving your returned goods and after inspecting the returned goods, we will issue you a refund for the original purchase price.
- We cannot accept goods that have been opened, used, or customized.
Heart Rate Monitors/Soft Goods:
- Hammerhead offers a 30-day satisfaction guarantee on clothing including HR monitors as long as these are unworn, unwashed, and unused. Used clothing is non-refundable.
Notes:
- Returns and refunds for units purchased through authorized third-party sellers are at the discretion of the seller and must take place through the original point of sale.
- Hammerhead Navigation Inc does not offer refunds for software products and/or services, including, but not limited to, monthly subscriptions and purchases of third-party software through Hammerhead Navigation Inc’s platform and/or marketplace.
