- We need to have the damaged unit returned to us(In any condition).
- Note: We cannot return this unit to you once you send it in.
- The damaged unit needs to be under warranty.
- Any devices sold under the crash replacement policy are subject to our standard Warranty Policy.
- Standard shipping is included for all orders.
