Karoo 1 - Turn by Turn Directions

The Turn-By-Turn Banner can be customized. There are 2 options you can toggle On/Off. 

1. Distance to Next Turn
   Next maneuver and distance to it will be shown in ride.
   Tap to see upcoming term cue.
2. Automatic Turn Cues
   Road names will be shown when approaching a maneuver.
   Swipe up to see full direction list.

Here are the steps to change the TBT Banner settings on your Karoo:

• On the Home screen, click on the "Apps" button.
  
• Click on the "Settings" app.
• Scroll down till you see and select "Turn By Turn Directions".
• Here, you will see the two options "Distance to Next Turn" and "Automatic Turn Cues".

You now have 4 possible combinations:

Distance to Next Turn - OFF
Automatic Turn Cues - OFF

Distance to Next Turn - ON
Automatic Turn Cues - OFF

Distance to Next Turn - ON
Automatic Turn Cues - ON

Distance to Next Turn - OFF
Automatic Turn Cues - ON

You can see the road name for the upcoming turn at any point, not just as you approach it. Simply tap the Distance To Next Turn box at the bottom of the screen.
You can also see a full cuesheet for your entire route, from any screen in-ride.
Swipe up on any navigation cue to see all the remaining maneuvers till your destination.

The color of the box is determined by On-Route or Off-Route.

If you are off-route, you will see a red navigation banner redirecting you onto the route.

Here are the steps to enable or disable automatic turn cues in-ride:

• Swipe up to view the full cue-sheet.
• Toggle the TBT icon on the top to mute/unmute the TBT Banner.
  

Note: Even if you disable automatic turn cues, you will still get audio alerts for upcoming turns if you have a BT audio device paired.
