“Referrer” means a Customer who voluntarily participates in the Scheme by referring eligible friends to become Referees. You should be an existing Hammerhead Customer to refer a friend.
“Referee” means a person who is not an existing Customer of the Company and who has given their approval and whom the Referrer has referred through the Scheme.

How does this referral program work?
- Simply enter your details and share your unique link with friends & family or send them an email directly through the Refer-a-Friend Portal.
- The Referee will have to click on the link, wait a few seconds for the referral popup and then enter their details.
- They will then receive a unique code in an email to get a free Heart Rate Monitor along with a purchase of Karoo 2.
- The Referee has to add the Karoo 2 and Heart Rate Monitor to the cart and use the code. Only if the code is used, both parties get their reward.
- After the Referee makes their purchase and the 45-day return window has closed, the Referrer will receive their gift-card of choice.

- No, your referral reward is based on the offer that was active when your Referee made their purchase. If you earned Hammerhead Shop Credits through a prior reward offer, you will still receive those credits once the 45-day return window of your Referee’s order has passed. You may manage and access Hammerhead Account Credits by logging into your Hammerhead Storefront User Account.
