Hammerhead dashboard is syncing with Training Peaks but Karoo 2 isn't

    Oh.... nevermind. The moment I finished posting this, I hit sync one more time and the work outs appeared.

    I have found that if I select a profile and go in to start a ride, before starting the ride of course, swipe over to the Workout page and try to add a workout, it won't sync. Whereas if I go to Workouts from the main menu, it will then sync. I think there's a bug with syncing from within the ride.

    I have no positive sync results btw TP and Karoo 2 with today's latest firmware. Even Website dashboard does NOT show any workouts. They look ok in TP calendar, though. Sync seems broken in general... 😔

    1. Is the workout build a duration based or distance based

    2. when is the workout scheduled for

    Hello Ali,

    1. I entered 3 fields to build the workout in TP: duration 60min = 01:00:00, distance = 35km, TSS = 105

    2. I built one workout for later today, another one for tomorrow morning. Neither of them showed up on Hammerhead dashboard

    PS: see snaps below. Plus: I have a free TP account, 14d Premium trial. AFAIK, this should be sufficient to enjoy the workout sync feature, at least for next 2 or 7 days (information is partly contradictive...)

    Argh - just found out I need to build at least 1 interval in TP to make a valid workout, just entering duration, distance and TSS is not enough. Shame on me. Once I add intervals, the workouts are recognized by HH Dashboard as they should... :-)

    This also happened to me. I can sync workouts in Hammerhead Dashboard web browser platform but can't download any workouts to my Karoo 2 (it just says 'No upcoming workouts'). I've tried disconnecting / reconnecting to TP and syncing to my device multiple times over the past 3 days to no avail.
