Shut down issue with Karoo2

    You have to push and hold button B, as documented in this help article:

    If the unit is still beeping, that suggests you also didn't end and save your ride (unless the beeps are phone notifications).

    Push and hold button B multiple times, no good. Ride ended and saved after the ride, so not that.
    Have used both Karoo and Karoo2 so have a fair idea how the unit works.

    Then it sounds very much like you need the assistance of somebody who is capable of supporting this product.

    Thank you Steve for hopping in here and for helping Edmund out!

    @Edmund Looks like you had not ended your ride on the Karoo 2, Hence the unit continued to Beep as you were driving back as it was trying to reroute you back onto the planned route. However, it is rather odd that you were not able to switch the unit off or reboot it.
