Try signing out of the strava app and web service on your phone (or PC if that's where you are setting this up). Then disconnect strava from hammerhead on the same device. Then sign back into strava Web on that same device. Then reconnect and sync. See if that helps, I've read on other forums that it might.

Also I've noticed that you can only sync a max of 100 starred segments. Any more won't sync beyond the first 100. Any segment with an average gradient of -0.25% will not sync either (that's a Strava rule), so only mostly flat or mostly uphill.

They really really need to increase the number of segments to sync to way more than 100.

Nearby are defined by Strava. I've never had use for them on any device, glad they don't count towards the 100.

    Hello Zero71,
thanks for your answer. I checked especially your last information with an acerage gradietn of -0,25%. This was the reason, all my segments are downhill segments and way steeper the -0.25%. Thanks for the answer. Not the answer what i wanted to hear, but i know that this is not a problem from the Karoo2 device.

Do you have also some answer on #2 :-) ?

You are welcome. Sorry. No idea on #2, you'll need someone from Hammerhead for that.

    Hey Michael,

Thanks for posting & Thanks to Graham for guiding you on one of your answers :)

#2 It is rather odd that the Karoo is not able to find the sensor via both protocols, Could you please moisten the electrodes on the sensor and ensure it has good contact with you and try to pair it once more?

Could you also try to see if it pair with any other head unit?
