Unable to scroll map during ride on K2
AnsweredSince I started using my K2, scrolling or zooming the map doesn't work as it should: when I try to scroll the map during a ride, it simply does not move. Also, zooming by double-tapping does not work. It seems like the device is unable to process the requests, because mostly it doesn't work but sometimes (about 1 time in 10-15), is eventually does move as it should. Obviously, this is extremely annoying when trying to look ahead or when adjusting the route on the way.
It doesn't seem to be a problem with the screen, because it works perfectly when I do the same thing at home. At home, there's no lag and the map reacts immediately. It just happens during a ride, even when I stop for a minute.
Did anyone experience this problem? Could it be a software problem? (I did download and install all available updates).

I've tried a few rides now, but the problem persists. I created a new profile on the device and entered this profile before starting the ride. Allthough it seemed better at first, the same problem occured after a while. It just seems like the device has trouble processing the scroll and zoom commands. (Nevertheless, zooming with the hardware buttons does work.)
Any other step I can try to solve this?
