Unable to scroll map during ride on K2

    Did you unlock the screen by tapping the lock icon at the bottom left right above the arrow sign icon?

    Indeed, I forgot to mention that: yes I did. I am used to using Karoo 1, so I know how it works and how it should behave. Scrolling and zooming was no problem on Karoo 1. Doing the same thing on Karoo 2 just doesn't work as it should.

    Hey Tim,

    Could you try to create a new profile and check if you are not able to scroll away from the location or zoom in/out during your rides?

    I've tried a few rides now, but the problem persists. I created a new profile on the device and entered this profile before starting the ride. Allthough it seemed better at first, the same problem occured after a while. It just seems like the device has trouble processing the scroll and zoom commands. (Nevertheless, zooming with the hardware buttons does work.)

    Any other step I can try to solve this?
