HX Datasync service keeps stopping

Getting this weird message "HX DataSync service keeps stopping" that I can't get rid of. It keeps reappearing after I try and click out of it.

It wasn't there on Sunday when I used my Hammerhead for a long ride without issue. I'm planning on using my Hammerhead for a big trip (i.e. many days of riding) in a week or so, this isn't going to be a persistent issue is it...?

  1. Are you on the latest software version ? If not, update.
  2. If yes and / or problem exist, hard-reset should be the fix. https://support.hammerhead.io/hc/en-us/articles/360058853573-Performing-a-Hard-Reset-on-your-Karoo-2
