    Hi Billy, We are sorry to hear about the concern with the sensors not getting connected via ANT+. We would love to investigate this issue further.
    Could you please share the Serial number of the Karoo, so we can investigate this issue further?
    Also, could you please let us know if the factory reset was performed from the settings app or from the recovery menu?

    I have the same problem. My serial number is RCFILRFA89T89PPV. I performed a factory reset from the device setup screen.

    I have this issue too. 

    It started with the unit freezing and the ride app crashing when trying to start a ride. I did a "Factory Data Reset" and now the ANT+ sensors aren't detected.

    Getting a bit tired of sudden critical issues!

    Eventually, I managed to make it work again by having more patience. If I wait about 20 seconds, the ANT+ sensors appear. They used to appear within a few seconds.
