@Jill @Steve: We have brought this issue to the attention of the Software team for further investigation. We have a quick question for you in the mean time. Are you using VPN network to connect the unit to internet?

After the latest software update the timezone issue appears to have been resolved. I had to revert to auto timezone first but the last 2 rides since then have defaulted to the correct timezone rather than Western Australia. Also resolved on my husbands Karoo2. The release notes didn't indicate any changes that would affect it, but obviously something has ...?

Seems like it has fixed it on mine too, although when I went into timezone it said 10+ eastern standard time which is correct but the country was america. I have changed it to Aus and we will see what happens

Yep, Having the same issue.  This error came out of nowhere.

I'm on Eastern (EST) Zone, but it was putting me on Los Angeles (PST) for some reason.  Happened on my last two rides.  I do have the latest software as of Aug 12, 2024.

I forced the time and time zone for now and not auto, but this is a very strange bug.
