Karoo 3 - Update from 1.443.1750.20 to 1.548.2092.20 fails ("download failed")
Hi All,
I’ve recently purchased a brand new Hammerhead Karoo (Karoo 3) and encountered a problem while trying to install the first software update.
My device is currently running version 1.443.1750.20, and I'm attempting to update it to 1.548.2092.20, but every time I try to force the update check and download, I receive a "download failed" error.
The Karoo is successfully connected to my home Wi-Fi network and had no issues authenticating during the initial setup and login. However, the update simply won’t download.
Here’s what I’ve already tried:

Multiple reboots

Factory reset via system settings

Verified my router’s settings (no MAC or IP filtering, no bandwidth limits (bandwidth set to Auto))
Everything looks fine on my end, and other devices are connecting and downloading without any issues. Could you please advise on how to proceed?

I opened a ticket yesterday (over 24 hours ago) and was advised me that there is a problem with the provider that hosts their updates. I get that things happen but most of us impacted have just received our Karoo and basically have an unusable device. Customer impacted outages lasting more than a day are a sign of serious issues.
