Not syncing with Dashboard or Strava
AnsweredMy Karoo won't sync with Dashboard or Strava since November. I have a number of rides, and when I try to upload them it fails. Similarly they are not on my Hammerhead account.
I tried factory resetting the device - and the rides are still there. Logged into strava and Hammerhead again, still the same problem.
PLEASE HELP!

Hi Erik, We are working on a permanent fix for the issue related to Strava uploads as some user accounts have been affected by this.
