    Hey Jorge. Sorry for the trouble. We have already identified this as an issue and are working on improving this experience. Just to clarify more, this has already been fixed in the current software versions but, all New Karoos ship out from the factory with a very old build so, new users are facing this issue during the on-boarding experience. Sorry again for this experience.

    Just skip the step for updating the software during the initial on-boarding process and then update the software from the settings menu once you go to the home screen.
