I have the same issue with Wahoo tickr.  Heart rate often freezes and does not update for a long period, then updates and freezes again.  It's as if the tickr is connected once every 5 minutes instead of continuously updating

Hi Leo, It seems that the issue you are facing is limited to only for the Wahoo tickr. Could you update it to the latest firmware version if you haven't done yet? Also, try charging/changing the battery of the sensor and see if that helps.

    Thanks, Hari.

Have put in a new battery and checked the firmware (already at latest version, no update available).  Still have the same problem.  The Tickr works perfectly with all other devices/apps.  It is only with the Karoo that I have this issue.

Are you trying to connect the sensor over ANT+ or Bluetooth? If you are trying to connect over Bluetooth, please try connecting the sensor over ANT+ by turning off the Bluetooth. Same way, If you are trying to connect over ANT+, please try connecting the sensor over Bluetooth by turning off the ANT+. Let us know if that works for you or not.

I've been monitoring the behaviour and I *think* it is an interference issue with my Bontrager cadence and speed sensors.  I noticed that, when the HR reading was frozen, it would suddenly update when I stopped moving.  I am guessing the speed/cadence sensors were not transmitting any info at that time.  When I started moving, HR would freeze again.

I switched the Tickr to ANT+, leaving the speed/cadance sensors on Bluetooth and, so far so good.  Last few rides, have not noticed any freezing of HR.  Will report back if anything changes.
