Can't Sync Live Segments
AnsweredThere's a post on a similar problem from a few days ago but it's "answered" and seemed to resolve itself for the OP. No such luck here!
I have a Strava Summit account that is linked on my Karoo and I have segments starred on Strava. (I even deleted a few to make sure it wasn't the 6 segment limit causing a problem). I've logged out and back in on my Karoo and disconnected/reconnected my Strava account several times. Whatever I do it just says "No starred segments exist" when I go the live segments in settings on my Karoo. Any ideas?
Getting pretty frustrated - this is the feature I've been waiting for ever since I got my Karoo over 2 years ago!

Hi James, Sorry for the trouble caused. We are aware of an issue where the Starred segments are not synced properly on the Karoo. We have already developed a fix for this issue and it will be released in the next software update.
Just to clarify, are you unable to sync any segments on your Karoo or is it that just some segments are not syncing to the Karoo?

Strava seems to have restrictions when it comes to displaying downhill segments on cycling computers. The segments should have a percentage of more than 1% for it to sync with the Karoo or any cycling computers. We have mentioned this as a note in the help article for live segments.
