    Hi Eddy, did you install last update (from last thursday)?. I had that problem and last update solved it for me. If you update and the problem still persists, email support and they will fix it.

    Yep, all updates are installed and the problem still exist.

    I have exactly the same problem. Detailed in the latest release notes. But it didn't happen until I installed the latest update on Saturday. All working fine before that.
    I've also messaged support but they're too busy [selling K2s, apparently] to help at the moment

    Hi Nick, I have put your request to the developers as well. Sorry that we have not been able to reply as we normally do. The ticket inflow has been on the higher side in recent times. We are running at our strengths but we can get back to tickets only on a first-come basis. I will let you know once I have actioned your request. I understand these issues should not occur, but we are trying our best to help everyone. Thanks!

    I did a  factory reset, logged in and believe it or not....I wordked, got my profiles back.

    Hi people, just confirming it here for anyone else who is affected by this issue. This will not be solved by a factory reset, and can only be done once a developer work on its case by case.
