    I am sorry that Hard reset is the solution to this problem. Due to this, we request you perform a Hard reset on your Karoo 2. Thank you for your understanding in this case.

    The Rides, Data screens, Bike Profiles, and Routes are account-specific. These details will be retained once you log in to your Hammerhead account after performing the Hard reset.

    The problem solved itself.

    All I had to do was wait for the next update: it installed without a hitchEverything is now working normally.
