Hi JV, I checked your latest ride data and can confirm the GPS data was recorded along with speed and distance. However, the elevation data is missing. Could you ensure that you have calibrated the elevation before your next ride?

When I click on my ride I get this window popping up. I also can't upload it to Kamoot and Strava shows only speed/distance no route or map.

Could you please share the FIT file from your ride in an email to support@hammerhead.io?

HI I had the same issue today, after updating latest software update, very frustrating as  with spring in the air it was a cracking paced ride, but not getting any GPS mapping for the ride, even though its recorded total elevation, speed cadence, the lot, just not GPS!!!  can you help

I have only had the issue once. After I did this I have not had any issues: https://support.hammerhead.io/hc/en-us/articles/360058853573-Performing-a-Hard-Reset-on-your-Karoo-2?

I'm having the same issue. On the device it shows the route and elevation I took, but the dashboard is failing and syncing with Strava / Komoot / Trainingpeaks fails, but Ride With GPS worked fine (and I can see location/elevation there too).

Followup is that I tried to open the `.fit` file in GPXSee and it shows an "undefined Data Message" error.

I was able to "recover" my activity for upload to Strave / TP / Komoot by going to RWGPS and downloading my activity as a `.tcx`file.

Seems RWGPS has a more robust parser that was able to ignore the corruption in the `.fit` file generated by my Karoo2.

Was there ever a resolution to this issue?  I just had it happen to my ride tonight and it won't upload to either Strava or Ride with GPS because of the issue
