Strava Live Segments not showing text, graph, and some icons after 9/8 software update

    @Chris: We have identified this as a known bug and the fix for this issue is expected to be released in the upcoming software update.

    Here are a few of the temporary workarounds:

    > Unstar the segment and star it again. Then sync the segment again to the unit.

    > Stop and restart the Ride. If the issue still persists, restart the unit and start the Ride again.

    > If.none of the above workarounds didn't turn out to be helpful, a factory reset under the "Settings" app has been successful in those cases.

    The activities, Data screens, Bike Profiles, and Routes are account-specific. These details will be retained once you log in to your Hammerhead account after performing the Factory reset.

    I had the same problem, and after trying everything listed by Hari, I had to finally factory reset the Karoo2 to get it to work properly.
    Most of the settings were restored as they were before, but a few needed to be redone: Bluetooth pairing with phone, sensors, some settings (screensaver, sounds...)
    Not a PITA, but a bit annoying

    Is this still a bug? I am
    On the latest software and still the segments don’t show the graph an data etc…

    Please don’t make me reset the Hammerhead…..;-(
