    This fixed it.

    Still not impressed by the hassle imposed on users by this takeover (also affected my Karoo 2 device), but at least it seems to be working now.

    Same here. Just went to use my karoo for first time in a while, got back from a ride, tried to sync my ride to strava, it forced me to log in, said nothing about hte fact that there was to be or had been an account migration, didn't warn me it was going to resync my data, and it erased my local ride that is now irrecoverable, and blew out ALL my previous ride history and my profiles. Only thing that persisted - routes data.  I'm really irritated by this. HOnestly, has me wanting to switch to another company. How on earth do you bungle a data migration so badly in 2026.
