All Hammerhead accounts have been migrated to SRAM accounts, allowing users to manage one account across all SRAM apps and products. The migration impacts how you log in to your Karoo, Companion App, and the Dashboard.

If you had a Hammerhead account but no SRAM account:
- We have migrated your Hammerhead account to an SRAM account and maintained the same login email address and password you used for your Hammerhead account.
If you had a Hammerhead account and a linked SRAM account with the same credentials:
- Since you had linked your SRAM account and it had the same credentials, you can log in using the same credentials as before.
If you had a Hammerhead account and a linked SRAM account with different credentials:
- You will need to log in using your SRAM credentials. You will see a pop-up on login reminding you of this change.
Note: We are aware that in a few cases, users may end up signing into a different AXS account than the one originally associated with their Hammerhead data, which can make the Dashboard appear empty.
To resolve this, please follow the steps below:

Sign in using your original Hammerhead credentials here: https://dashboard.hammerhead.io/legacy/login
- Click on "Change account" and log in using your email and password
- After linking the correct AXS account, your rides and routes should appear normally when signing in through the standard login.
Your linked SRAM account displays here under your account.
Note: If you have multiple SRAM accounts and want to change which one is linked, you can click “Change Account” and log in with your preferred SRAM account credentials.
To avoid creating a new account, we request you not to use "Google or Apple" sign-in methods.
