Sometimes, the Dashboard might not display the map or your current location. This issue occurs when the Location Access on the web browser is turned off. You would need to manually turn on the access for this.
Here are the steps to Turn On the Location Access in Google Chrome:
- Log in to the Dashboard.
- Click on the "⠸ " Icon on the right side of the Address Bar.
- Select "Settings" from the dropdown.
- Choose "Privacy and Security" on the sidebar.
- Select "Site Settings".
- Click on "Location".
- Toggle the Location Access to "On".
Here are the steps to Turn On the Location Access in Mozilla Firefox:
- Log in to the Dashboard.
- On the address bar, click the "🔒" Icon.
- Click on "﹥" icon next to Connection Secure.
- Click on "More Information".
- Select the "Permission" tab.
- Under "Access your location", uncheck the "Use Default" option.
- Select "Allow" and close this window.
- You can now see that your Location Access is On for the Dashboard.
Here are the steps to Turn On the Location Access in Safari:
- Log in to the Dashboard.
- Click on "Safari" from the Status Bar.
- Select "Settings for this website".
- You will see a Pop-up Window.
- From the dropdown next to "Location", choose "Allow".
