Hi All, we have not seen any similar reports. Could you please capture a short video and share it with us in an email to support@hammerhead.io? We would like to get this reviewed with the Hardware team. Also, provide the information about the charging brick in use and the cable plugged in.

Ideally, we expect it to match the requirements on Chargin Karoo 2 article

I've always used this 5V charging brick and the supplied braided USB-C cable. As it happens intermittently, I'll start keeping accurate track of when I charge, record how often the issue happens, and report back.

Hey Scott, I’ve had the same problem. With all of my wall chargers the Karoo 2 would occasionally not charge at all. I contacted customer support asking for a recommended charger assuming my chargers were the culprit. They recommended a particular model which I purchased but even that one wouldn’t always charge. I then started using a different cable which came with a pair of Jaybird earbuds and that completely solved the problem for me. In my case the braided Hammerhead cable was the cause, not the wall chargers. I should probably contact customer service again because the Jaybird cable is very short which is annoying. It was btw. the only other usb-c cable I had that would actually fit the Karoo 2. Most connectors are too bulky.

Update: since my post I've been tracking the outcome of each charging session and there has only been one more failure back on April 4th. I'm using the same cable and charging brick. Perhaps a software update fixed it? I'll post again with any changes.
