Auto Power-Off

yesterday evening - after installing the newest update - I forgot to shut down my Karoo2 and found it this morning still running (with black display).
Isn't there an Auto-Power Off function, or is this a bug? (I mean really power off and not just shut-down the display).
Further, would it make sense to implement an "Auto-Power Off"-Menu in the settings and give the possibility to adjust the Power-Off- time (or enable/disable) to the customer needs?

PS: Just as information/feedback:
The discharge of the device running (not recording) with black display was in 8hours ~50% (from 70% yesterday evening to 20% this morning).

Hi All, Karoo does have an auto-shut down in 10mins of inactivity. This means, there shouldn't be any download in progress, or a ride running. Could you please confirm this scanning through your memory? If all was within the acceptance criteria, we will have to raise this as a bug.

...and one more test:
I left the Karoo2 on while charging. In this case it does not shut down even after 20min (perhaps this is wanted?)
Anyway, I have the impression, that sometimes the device will auto-shut down (after 20 min) and in some cases it does not... perhaps HH should have a review on that.

Any fix for this?
My issue is sometimes I'll forget to turn off when plugging in for the night. The issue is in that case its not auto-shutting off so it remains connected to sensors, di2 systems and power meters etc and some of these things are getting drained because the Karoo is keeping them awake and connected.
Any way to incorporate Auto-Off for Karoo 3 while charging as well?
