Karoo2 wouldnt start
AnsweredHi Karoo team,
I have been using the Karoo2 very happily in the last year. I was going out for my second ride since December and I just run into this not booting situation.
The device has battery. It started booting but suddenly it went off and wouldn't start. Now when I plug it to the wall I can see the HAMMERHEAD logo flashing every 2 seconds as if it was booting up. on and off, and still wouldnt boot.
Can you help me with it?

Jorge - do you have a SIM card installed on your Karoo 2? If so, could you please take that out and see if that works? If not, please try the hard reset and let me know the results.

@SteveMacMilan correct, my Karoo doesn't start at all, it does the attempt to start when I plug it in, showing the Karoo boot screen but that last for 3-4 seconds, then goes off and on again showing the boot splash for 2 seconds and back off again in that loop.
I tried @Ali help solution before posting this thread and it just doesn't work. I left my Karoo charging overnight and tried again and still the same behavior. The device is 1 year old, and I believe I had just flashed the latest update.
